Refund policy

You can see the full result on screen and download a free preview before you pay, so you know what you are buying.

• Photo refused for size or head position: if the receiving office refuses the photo because of the photo size, head size or head position our tool produced, we refund in full. Send the refusal notice (or a short description) within 30 days of purchase.
• Files did not arrive or do not open: we help you get them or refund in full (within 30 days).
• Charged twice by mistake: the extra payment is refunded in full.
• Refusals for reasons outside the tool's control — for example expression, glasses, lighting, shadows, blur or an old likeness in the original photo — are not covered, because those depend on the photo you took. We are glad to help you retake it.

To ask for a refund, email sungje5575@gmail.com with your PayPal transaction ID. Refunds are made through PayPal.
